Job Summary:
The Community Ambassador is a part-time position that plays a crucial role in growing and nurturing our community by connecting with potential exhibitors, and partners. As the right-hand person to POP Cats’ co-founder, you will be responsible for outreach, appointment setting, lead tracking, and client communication to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

Responsibilities:
* Contact leads via email and Instagram to book them for each event.
* Follow up consistently.
* Set appointments for the co-founder with potential leads using Calendly.
* Track all lead interactions using CRM.
* Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and issues.
* Communicate event details and updates to exhibitors and partners, following established SOPs.
* Keep track of hired contract labor and volunteers for each event using CRM.
* Coordinate communication with contract labor and volunteers for each event using Mailchimp.
* Compile event reports before each event (e.g., ticket sales, exhibitor sales).

Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
* Must be able to read and fully comprehend English text and communicate in writing.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different scenarios.
* Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
