JOB OVERVIEW

We are a dynamic and fast-paced company looking for an organized, tech-savvy, and dedicated individual to manage our HR operations and assist the CEO and Co-Founder with daily administrative tasks. This hybrid role requires someone skilled in HR management while providing high-level executive support.

Responsibilities:
• Manage employee documentation, payroll, and HR requests following SOPs.
• Assist the CEO and Co-Founder with calendar management, meeting coordination, and email organization.
• Conduct research on diverse topics related to company projects and provide actionable summaries.
• Organize team schedules, facilitate internal communication, and maintain records.
• Draft and distribute HR-related communications and updates.
• Identify and implement HR best practices to enhance team engagement and efficiency.

Required Skills:
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
• At least 1 year of HR experience, including payroll management, employee relations, and onboarding.
• Experience with tools like Slack, Trello, and Hubstaff.
• Familiarity with Western business practices and corporate culture.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of HR software or applicant tracking systems.
• Background in employee engagement and conflict resolution.

Work Schedule:
• Fixed schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
