JOB OVERVIEW

At SFS we pride ourselves on the high level, transparent service we provide to our team of Sonographers and clients alike. We're looking for our next admin SUPERSTAR to join our small but mighty team! In this role you will provide comprehensive all round support to our Consultant and Director, your duties will include;

- Monitor and action the administration inbox
- Savings documents
- Issuing Documents via DocuSign
- Submitting reference checks for completion
- Preparing and issuing terms of business and contract documents
- Following up credentialing documents to ensure compliance
- Audit upcoming placements to ensure all details have been finalised
- Ensure database is accurate and upto date at all times
- Liaise with clients to follow up travel/accommodation/car confirmation
- Liaise with sonographers for all admin/travel requirements
- Adhoc tasks as required
