About the role
Join the dynamic team at Blue Moon Property Pty Ltd as a Real Estate Sales Administration Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our sales team. With a focus on customer service and attention to detail, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Administrator and maintaining our high standards of professionalism.
What you'll be doing
Handling incoming inquiries from potential clients, responding promptly and professionally
Assisting with the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and sales contracts
Coordinating property viewings and open house events
Maintaining and updating the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
What we're looking for
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in the real estate industry or a similar customer-focused environment is highly desirable
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the success of the company
