JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative. The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to board members, homeowners, vendors, and community managers. This includes but is not limited to, taking calls, creating letters, responding to calls, chats, texts, posts, and emails, keeping detailed spreadsheets, and generating reports.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain positive resident relations through outstanding service
- Facilitate processes via a facilitation system
- Screen tenant and owner calls and resolve issues as needed
- Assist with leasing as needed
- Ability to deal with escalated issues and dispute resolution
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with vendors and contractors
- Maintain ongoing communication and foster positive relationships with all clients.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years in Property management / HOA Community Management experience is required
- Must be a team player
- Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure
- Proven track record in successfully managing various aspects of property management
- Ability to develop and manage a team of professionals in an efficient manner
- Able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work full time 40 hrs a week following US timezone
