About Us:
We are a dynamic enterprise based in Western Australia managing three distinct businesses in retail, B2B, and service industries, with both online presence and physical locations. We are seeking an intelligent, tech-savvy, and highly organized individual with retail operations or administrative experience to join our team as a Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant. This role will work directly with the CEO on a daily basis, playing a pivotal part in business operations and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project and Team Management: Coordinate various projects and work closely with local and remote staff, including freelancers and international teams.
Research and Improvement: Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and seek opportunities to improve business performance by increasing sales, reducing costs, and exploring new growth areas.
Communication: Act as a liaison between teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of tasks.
Administrative and Retail Support: Provide administrative support across all businesses and assist with retail operations in our physical locations.
Social Media and Marketing: Assist in managing social media strategies and have a basic understanding of internet marketing.
Skills and Qualifications:
Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail operations or administration.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management and communication tools.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English skills.
