Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage client communications, coordinate with suppliers, oversee artwork approvals, and ensure seamless workflow processes. This is a full-time remote position that requires strong time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Client Communication: Manage client emails, respond to inquiries, and provide updates on job progress.
-Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to confirm job details, request quotations, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
-Artwork Approval: Check and approve artworks as per client requirements and industry standards.
-System & Process Updates: Maintain and update relevant internal systems and workflows to ensure accurate job tracking.
-Job Status Monitoring: Track and verify job ETAs, proactively following up with suppliers and updating relevant stakeholders.
-Team Collaboration: Communicate job updates with internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure smooth production and delivery.
-Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports to the manager, highlighting key tasks, pending jobs, and any potential issues.

Requirements:
-Experience: Prior experience in production coordination, order management, or supply chain roles, preferably in the promotional products or print industry.
-Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Attention to Detail: Ability to check and approve artwork accurately while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
-Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
-Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and project management tools for tracking and reporting.
-Proactive & Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify potential bottlenecks and proactively find solutions.
