Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Marketing Assistant to help build and manage a specialized marketing team for our mortgage company. This is a management and coordination role, not a hands-on marketing strategist position. You will assist with hiring, scheduling, and team coordination while providing light administrative and marketing support.
Responsibilities:
Hiring & Team Coordination
? Recruit, coordinate, and manage specialized virtual assistants for marketing (social media, SEO, paid ads,
? Ensure smooth collaboration and execution of marketing strategies by keeping tasks on track.
? Act as a point of contact between the marketing team and the Marketing Director.
Administrative Support
? Schedule and organize tea
? Track deadlines, follow up with tea
? Manage marketing materials, documents, reports, and files for easy access.
Basic Marketing Assistance
? Assist with minor marketing execution tasks as needed (e.g., simple content posting,
? Track marketing performance and compile reports for the Marketing Director.
? Support day-to-day marketing operations with small but essential tasks.
Requirements:
? At least 1 year of experience in hiring and managing virtual assistants (experience with marketing teams preferred).
? Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
? Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, SEO, paid ads) to effectively coordinate with specialists.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Self-motivated, able to work independently, and proactive in following up on tasks.
? Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus but not required.
