Let us know if the following schedule will work for you: Our operating hours are Monday- Friday; 9am to 6pm. We also do work some Saturdays and will require occasional coverage on weekends. We host workshops and classes on weekends and we are looking to fill our rooms with service providers. As we grow we will need additional phone coverage to service our clients and patients. This is not a current requirement but will be a future requirement. We aim to only hire staff as needed to ensure we take care of our current staff members to the best of our ability.

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a highly organized Operations Manager & Marketing Specialist to handle a mix of team management, daily operations, marketing, and administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with the business owner and current operations manager to help scale the business, streamline processes, and support key functions. This would also include developing and updating SOP's, KPI's. PIP's and bonus structures for the team as we hit our goals and branding objectives.

The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for helping people, is comfortable answering the phone and talking to customers and clients, is interested in a long term position with us and is good at working independently as well as overseeing a team to ensure they have the support and resources they need. We are a collaborative team and we need our staff to be authentic and willing to share when they need additional support and when they feel they can offer additional support.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Hiring & Management: Lead the hiring process, train new team members, and provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure team success.

Operations Oversight:
Manage daily operations, including scheduling, task coordination, and process improvement.
Marketing & Social Media: Create and execute social media marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and track performance.

Administrative & Customer Service Support:
Handle key administrative tasks such as some insurance billing tasks (training will be provided), scheduling, and financial tracking, developing and implementing SOP's, KPI's and refining our current processes over time.

Strategic Planning:
Assist with business growth and strategic planning efforts, offering solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

Team Management: Experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing a small team.
Previous leadership or operations management experience.
Operations & Administrative Skills: Hands-on experience in operations management, including scheduling and experience with SOP's, KPI development,
Marketing Expertise: Proficient in social media management and marketing campaigns, graphic design (we use Canva) brand development
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) for clear communication with the team and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

Book keeping skills (Quick books)
B2B experience (working with business clients or partners) is a plus
Experience managing company budgets
Experience with E-commerce
Inventory Management Experience
Adobe Photo Shop experience
Google Analytics
Sales and Lead Generation

Note:
Performance based bonuses are a part of our goal but would be something that you would need to help with creating. As we become more and more profitable, we want to create incentives.

This is a contractor position, not an employee position: We do not currently offer paid time off but are open to implementing this in the future with your help in growing our tiny team into a profitable flourishing organization.
