The Operations Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and success across key business functions. This role involves overseeing the email inbox, conducting outreach to brand partners for user-generated content, and building strong client relationships by preparing proposals and customized offerings. The Operations Manager will also produce the podcast by sourcing guests, editing episodes, and managing the production schedule. Additionally, they will edit and schedule social media content, and act as a community manager by responding to DMs, comments, and messages, fostering engagement and maintaining a strong connection with the audience. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to support and grow the business effectively.
