We are a dynamic and growing real estate team specializing in residential properties in Regina. Our team is composed of dedicated agents and staff members committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate team. You will work closely with our agents, property manager, internal sales agent, and transaction coordinator to ensure efficient processes and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee and streamline daily operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement best practices to enhance team performance and workflow.
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Monitor and manage office systems, technology, and software to optimize efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development:
Provide leadership and guidance to tea
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to tea
Identify training opportunities and implement professional development programs for staff.
Facilitate tea
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the Internal Sales Agent to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator to facilitate seamless transaction management from contract to closing.
Support the real estate agents with administrative and operational needs to enhance productivity.
Must have solid experience and knowledge to collaborate and support Marketing efforts and manage social media campaigns, branding initiatives, and content creation to enhance lead engagement and brand visibility.
Performance Monitoring & Strategy Implementation:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business growth goals.
Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
Handle escalated client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Market Awareness & Innovation:
Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and best practices in real estate operations.
Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to maintain a competitive edge.
Assist in implementing marketing strategies and initiatives to support business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in real estate operations management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire tea
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and office productivity tools.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
