Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Multi-Skilled Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, workflow optimization, and the use of AI-driven tools to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, transcription, and document management.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar financial software.
- Develop, refine, and document workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Analyze potential challenges, anticipate business needs, and suggest process improvements.
- Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT Pro, Canva Pro, and CapCut for enhanced productivity.
- (Future Scope) Assist in social media content creation and scheduling.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in bookkeeping and familiarity with financial software.
- Ability to follow structured processes while identifying areas for improvement.
- Excellent English communication skills with minimal accent.
- Proficiency in technology and AI-powered tools to improve workflows.
- Adaptability and flexibility in managing evolving responsibilities.

- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and trustworthy
- Fluent English speaker

- Very reliable high-speed internet and backup data connection

- This is a full-time, long-term position
- Based on the client's request operating hours - Monday through Friday, 40-hour/week
