Job Title: Mortgage Loan Processor Assistant / Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

Job Description:
Clarity Home Loans is looking for a proactive and organized Mortgage Loan Processor Assistant / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to support our loan processing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, document management, and client support throughout the mortgage process. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Engagement:
Utilize GHL and RingCentral to handle both inbound and outbound communication with clients, real estate agents, and other necessary contacts.
Provide a prequalification assessment and communicate solutions for clients who may need to improve their application.
Conduct regular check-ins with prospective clients to maintain engagement and determine their readiness for the next steps.
Loan Processing Support:
Assist loan processors in reviewing and gathering necessary documents from clients.
Verify information, such as employment details and financial documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Manage
Third-Party Coordination:
Reach out to third-party entities such as appraisal companies, banks, insurance agents, and escrow officers to collect required documentation.
Communicate effectively to ensure timely and accurate information is received, minimizing processing delays.
Lead Management & Tracking:
Provide daily updates on lead status to the team, track progress, and follow up on pending items.
Ensure leads and client information are accurately maintained using ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
Support the team by managing schedules, tracking project timelines, and updating task lists.
Prepare and maintain reports on the status of loan applications and client engagement.
File Maintenance & Compliance:
Ensure all client and loan files are accurate and comply with internal policies and industry regulations.
Assist in completing post-closing tasks, such as reviewing and finalizing loan documentation.
Team Coordination & Support:
Manage team communications through MS Teams, responding promptly to inquiries from managers and teammates.
Attend weekly meetings, participate in strategy discussions, and share updates on active files.
Qualifications:
Minimum System Requirements:
Personally-owned Desktop/Laptop with at least an Intel i3 processor or higher.
Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
Skills & Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on numbers and data.
Previous experience in lending, mortgage, accounting, or banking is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Additional Requirements:
Must not be employed by any other company or employer. No moonlighting.
Must be available to work full-time, following a fixed schedule during graveyard shifts (Saturday and Sunday off).
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time efficiently.
This role is 70% voice and 30% non-voice tasks, requiring strong verbal communication skills and an ability to handle administrative responsibilities. The candidate should have a conducive workspace for making and receiving calls, with minimal background noise.

Compensation & Benefits:
$3.75/hr (Php 34,000-Php 36,000)
After training, Salary can increase up to $5-$6/hr based on performance.
