Who We’re Looking For:
Experience working with a mortgage lender, loan broker, or real estate financing company
Strong background in loan processing, closing coordination, or underwriting support
Knowledge of title companies, escrow, and borrower requirements for closings
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to review and process loan documents, title commitments, and borrower files
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask

Key Responsibilities:
Assist loan officers and brokers in processing mortgage loans
Communicate with title companies, borrowers, and lenders to ensure smooth closings
Review loan applications, title reports, and closing documents
Coordinate loan closings and ensure all required documentation is in place
Handle borrower inquiries and provide loan status updates
Work closely with underwriters, attorneys, and funding teams
