At Polaris, we are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Mortgage Agent Assistant to join our dynamic team.

We're currently seeking a Mortgage Agent Assistant to be the right-hand person for our client, Sai Lee, Founder of Crazy Rich Agent, supporting him in servicing mortgage agents in his consulting program.
**ROLE MISSION:**
As a Mortgage Agent Assistant, you will be the driving force behind our client's social media presence, lead generation, and operational efficiency. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth sales processes, and supporting the growth of the consulting program through effective content management and administrative excellence.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:**
**Social Media Management**
- Execute content strategy across
- Build and engage with target audience through strategic networking
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages
- Create and distribute compelling content for social media and
- Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance
**Sales Support**
- Qualify incoming leads and manage follow-up processes
- Coordinate sales funnel activities and track conversion rates
- Prepare materials for sales presentations and client meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead statuses
**Administrative Operations**
- Manage
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow-ups
- Download, rename, and organize documents efficiently
- Track and report on key performance indicators
- Process and organize receipts for monthly expense reporting
**Client Fulfillment**
- Execute client onboarding processes
- Coordinate transaction progress and deadlines
- Manage post-closure follow-up activities
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins
**RESULTS (KPIs):**
- 100% on-time content publication according to calendar
- Minimize response time for audience engagement and inquiries
- Growth in social media audience size and lead generation
- Strong lead conversion rates through timely follow ups and accurate CRM management
- Maintain high client satisfactory rating through professional and timely communication
- 100% completion rate with daily reporting and performance metric tracking
**REQUIREMENTS:**
- Minimum 3 years experience working with businesses in Real Estate and Mortgage industry
- Proven track record in social media management and lead generation
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel and Hubspot CRM systems
- Expert knowledge of

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience handling sensitive client information with discretion
**WORK SCHEDULE:**
- Part-time or full-time position available
- Must be available during Eastern Time Zone business hours
- Monday to Friday schedule
**COMPENSATION & PERKS:**
- Hourly rate starting from 4 USD / hour
- Eligibility for quarterly bonuses upon hitting performance KPIs. Up to 800USD
