Position Specifics: Contract position, full-time, hourly position, 9:00-5:00 M-F within EST, CST, MST, or PST time zones.

Compensation & Benefits:

- $5 USD per hour.
- An optional soft close week which falls between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day to give our employees time to rest, relax, and recharge before the new year.
- A $175 USD instant starting balance in your Tech and Wellness Stipend account upon successful completion of your 90-day review. You will then start receiving a $7 USD monthly recurring injection on your 1-year anniversary.

Job Summary:

As a Marketing Administrative Specialist, your primary role is to handle back-end lead management tasks, including gathering and uploading leads to appropriate campaigns to support the Sales & Marketing team. Your focus will be uploading as many leads as possible each week, while ensuring your work is efficient, accurate, and scalable. If time allows, you will be asked to assist the Sales and Marketing team with other tasks or projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Gather, complete, and upload leads to email campaigns.
- Maximize the number of leads uploaded weekly.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to identify additional administrative tasks you could absorb when your lead management work is completed.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of lead uploads and related processes.
- Adhere to deadlines and quality standards, ensuring all work meets the team’s expectations.

Qualifications:

- Complete fluency in the English language, including spelling of words, rules of composition, and proper grammar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology, including competence with computers, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Hubspot, and the willingness to learn more tools and systems (Asana, HubSpot, PandaDoc, and Invoiced.com)
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent time management skills and a home environment that supports working remotely.
- Ability to receive constructive criticism and feedback on your work and a constant willingness to improve.
- Ability to analyze data and information and identify the underlying principles, reasons, and facts behind it.
- Maintain a good attitude and positivity with team members.
- Ability to stay organized, juggle multiple priorities as needed, and complete tasks quickly and accurately.
- Strong need for attention to detail and the ability to proofread your own work quickly and accurately.
- Actively contributing in team meetings.
- Being flexible in your role as priorities or best practices change.

Tech Requirements:

- Quiet, distraction-free environment for phone calls/meetings.
- Typing speed of 60+ words per minute.
- A computer with audio and visual capabilities for on-video Zoom meetings with strong internet connectivity.
