Leasing & Customer Service Agent (Bi-Lingual-Spanish)

Austin Oaks is an operator of parks for recreational vehicles, commonly called RV Parks.

We are seeking a Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English) professional for the role of Leasing and Customer Service Agent.

In this role, you will execute our documented process. You will be responsible for:
1. Receiving inbound calls from interested Tenants to answer their questions regarding availability, pricing, and requirements.
2. Follow up with missed calls and online
2. Processing background checks and approving tenants
3. Preparing lease agreements for electronic signature
4. Setting and removing tenants from payment platform
5. Receive and handle inbound Customer Service calls
6. Work with Onsite Manager to keep park full and operating efficiently.

You will be 100% trained on each and every task.
This role is for a long term position, with professional growth possibilities.
