JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about both marketing and administrative tasks. As the Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in our marketing initiatives and ensure our administrative processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, engaging potential clients and nurturing relationships.
Assist with off-page marketing initiatives, including:
Creating and managing local citations
Submitting information to directories
Posting classified ads
Engaging in discussions and posting content on platforms like Quora and Reddit.
Organize and maintain files in Google Drive and Monday.com, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Audit intake and exit documents of patients to ensure completeness and accuracy, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with outbound calling and customer relationship management.
Familiarity with off-page SEO tactics and online community engagement.
Proficient in Google Drive and Monday.com, with strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to audit and manage documents accurately.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
