Kajabi & Admin VA for Australian Online Business Coach

I am looking for an experienced Admin Virtual Assistant who is proficient in Kajabi and ActiveCampaign for an immediate start.

We are an Australian-based company, looking for a hard-working, honest, and reliable VA Superstar with a can-do attitude to join our fast-growing business. I am a business and marketing coach for health professionals.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working with online coaches, be driven, tech-savvy, and have a strong attention to detail to support me in the day-to-day tasks.

Tasks includes:
- Email inbox management
- Onboarding and offboarding clients, scheduling, community management
- Creating landing pages, lead magnet funnels, and sales pages on Kajabi and Showit
- Upload and schedule email marketing content to Kajabi and ActiveCampaign
- Setting up course videos and checkout pages on Kajabi
- Graphic Design: Create modern, eye-catching graphics on Canva

Core tech platforms/apps we use in our business:
- Kajabi
- ActiveCampaign
- Slack
- Airtable
- ClickUp
- HelloSign/Dropbox Sign
- Google Workspace / Google Docs + Google Sheets
- Loom
- Canva
- Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
- Typeform
- Vimeo
- Experience with Showit is a plus!

Other requirements:
- Reliable, trustworthy and strong work ethic
- Speaks fluent English with C1 Proficiency (Advanced)
- Super organised with strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
- Demonstrate strong initiative and be an action-taker
- Tech-savvy and willingness to learn new software we use
- Ability to take on constructive feedback and improve

We upload a high standard of service for our clients and we move fast. This is a great job with a supportive team environment, so you must be willing to commit long-term and go-all in. We are looking for someone who can start immediately working Monday-Friday for 30-40 hours per week. You must be available between the hours of 9am - 6pm Philippines Time. You will ideally only be working with us as we plan to increase work hours and responsibilities for the right candidate quickly.
