JOB OVERVIEW

We are dedicated to supporting Asian LGBTQ and women leaders in building authentic relationships and recognizing their own worth. We empower clients to embrace their true selves, fostering an environment of growth, creativity, and resilience. We are now looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who can take the reins in supporting the operational side of the business.


Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to step into a leadership support role as an Executive Assistant (EA) with the potential to grow into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). You will be a vital part of the RAWSOME team, responsible for managing the founder’s calendar, setting up and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), handling client success, and managing new client conversions.


Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management & SOP Development: Oversee and maintain the founder's calendar, ensuring all meetings, speaking engagements, and collaboration opportunities are well-organized. Develop and implement efficient SOPs to streamline business operations.
• Client Success & Acquisition: Own the client onboarding process and ensure exceptional service delivery. Manage new leads and conversion processes to drive business growth.
• Collaboration & Speaking Opportunities: Assist in organizing speaking engagements, collaborations, and other networking opportunities to build the RAWSOME brand.
• Project Management: Utilize project management tools like Asana and Trello to oversee tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• CRM Management & Design: Work with CRM tools (open to exploring options) and design creative materials using Canva.


Requirements:
• Must-Have Skills:
o Highly organized with excellent time management skills
o Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly with a creative and resourceful mindset
o Experience with project management tools like Asana or Trello
o Familiarity with Canva and CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
o Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English
o Ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision
o A systematic and structured approach to task execution
o A growth mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement
o Strong attention to detail and meticulous organization
o Ability to take initiative and solve problems creatively

• Additional Qualities:
o A passion for supporting LGBTQ and women leaders
o Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members professionally
o Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
o A “C and S” profile in DISC, preferring a methodical and supportive working style to complement the founder's D & I profile
o Top human needs love and connection
o ?Should have a customer service background


Work Environment & Schedule:
• Time Zone: Singapore Time Zone (SGT)
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Singapore Time (Full-time, 40 hours/week)
• Communication: Most communication will take place via WhatsApp
