JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Job Application & SEO content writer to help with the daily submission of job applications across various platforms, including LinkedIn, indeed, and direct company career portals. This role involves filling out job applications, tracking submissions, and ensuring accuracy in application details. Strong content writing and SEO skills are preferred to enhance application materials and assist with content-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
Expect to submit 30-50 direct company job applications per day (Upgrade to see actual infoper week)
Search and apply to job postings on company websites, LinkedIn, indeed, and other job platforms.
Complete detailed job application forms, including resume uploads, screening questions, and company-specific requirements.
Ensure accuracy in contact details, experience, and application information to avoid duplicate submissions.
Customize cover letters and responses based on job descriptions and company requirements.
Track and maintain a job application spreadsheet for organization and follow-up.
Identify job opportunities based on specific filters (e.g., job type, location, experience level).
Assist with resume optimization and keyword enhancements to improve applicant tracking system (ATS) compatibility.
Write and edit content for job applications, including professional bios, cover letters, and email responses.
Utilize SEO principles to optimize job-related content for visibility and ranking.

Requirements:
Expected to meet daily and weekly application targets (e.g.,Upgrade to see actual infoper week).
Strong writing skills with experience in content writing, copywriting, or SEO.
Attention to detail and ability to accurately fill out online forms.
Experience with job platforms like LinkedIn, indeed, and company career pages.
Ability to customize applications efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Familiarity with ATS systems and keyword optimization for resumes is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple applications daily.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking applications.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with LinkedIn job searches and company hiring portals.
Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for job applications.
Knowledge of email follow-ups and job search strategies.
