== THE POSITION ==
As the Inventory and Order Management Specialist, your key role is to work with the client’s Operations Team in managing inventory, vendor relationships, and order processing.
Your primary focus will be managing purchase orders (POs), processing RFPs and RFQs, overseeing inventory management, and providing support for various special projects as needed.
-> Requirements:
• Experience in project/inventory and order management.
• Experience in vendor relations, order management, and sales support.
• Proficiency in GSuite.
• Available to work full-time (40 hrs/wk).
• Can work during standard US business hours.
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 10 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i5 or equivalent, RAM - 8GB).
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.
-> Nice to Have:
• Experience with Canva is preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar order management platforms is a plus.
-> Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing purchase orders which includes coordination with distributors, freight pickups, and product destination; data entry; and management.
• RFP/RFQ Processing and managing the communication flow, as well as general administrative tasks
• Updating inventory dashboards and tracking inventory and stock levels.
• Assisting with special projects such as cost production projects, project management, data analytics and management.
