JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and organized Home Health Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of pre-billing audits, compliance tracking, and administrative support to our clinical and billing teams. This position is integral in supporting high-quality care for our clients while maintaining accurate documentation and billing records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-billing audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Track OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) readiness for export.
- Monitor and upload notes for PT (Physical Therapy), OT (Occupational Therapy), ST (Speech Therapy), and MSW (Medical Social Worker) services.
- Generate Start of Care, Recertification, and Discharge orders.
- Input and manage client medications in the system.
- Verify contractor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Post clinical notes for billing purposes.
- Create and manage DSL login credentials for new staff members.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in a home health or healthcare administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of OASIS documentation and home health billing processes.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
