JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

(Full-Time after 90 days)
-Hour change based on performance-

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
• Assist in planning and organizing company events and projects
• Conduct research and gather information for various projects
• Maintain an organized filing system for important documents
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Language: English

• Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
