Role: Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office functions, employee management, and compliance with HR and government requirements.
Responsibilities:
Handle HR, Government, and Company documentation;
Manage Employee Onboarding & Offboarding processes;
Maintain timesheets & leave records;
Issue NTEs for tardiness and office policy violations;
Handle supplier management & payments;
Purchase office supplies & equipment
Support HR & Accounting functions;
Prepare payroll documentation and check vouchers;
Maintain 201 files for employees;
Act as a point of contact for office-related tasks and logistics;
Communicate any active or potential issues to management;
Coordinate team building events;
All other tasks assigned by the Company
Shift:
Willing to work day shifts (Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM)
Opportunity for flexible work hours and occasional office visits may be required.
