I am looking for a data driven, self-starting person who is disciplined and dependable!

We’re a profitable, family-owned vacant land business, selling residential and recreational land in multiple states around the country.

You will do a variety of tasks that are needed by the owner. Some of the consistent responsibilities will include:

Market selection. Downloading data from various sources. Prep campaigns for direct mail using the data and send off to our mail house. Light transaction coordinating such as sending contracts to title companies, ordering surveys, scheduling perc test, etc. Sending Emails. Occasional phone calls with the title companies, surveyors, realtors, counties, etc. Building out processes with SOP’s around specific tasks. Utilize Chat GPT. Organize and file documents within our company drive.
I am looking for someone who has solid skills within google sheets, and is a data & task oriented person. You must also be a self-learner.

You must be willing to work US hours. We are on central time. so a typical schedule will be 8:00-5:00. Allowing time for breaks.

I will train you to learn everything you need to know. Part of the job is utilizing user-friendly software, part of it is emails with property owners. You’ll need to have a combination of people skills, but also have a strong attention to detail and must be organized.

If we are a good fit, I would love for you to be on the team for many years. If you don’t intend on sticking around for years this isn’t the place for you! This business will continue to grow.

I care less about your background, and I care more about your ability to learn tasks on your own. I will tell you to do things you don't know how to do and you will need to figure it out. I care that you are proactive and make decisions on your own.
I expect you to be busy 30-40 hours per week. You will be responsible for your own taxes.

Pay begins at $4-$6/hour.

We are a small but successful land flipping firm. We do marketing campaigns to buy land at a discount from sellers who live far away and have no use for the land. After purchasing, we list it and sell it for 80-100% of market value. The best way to describe it is this: We buy from the people who don’t want their land, and sell it to the people who really want land. It is a business model where everyone wins.

I travel quite a bit with my beautiful wife, Whitney. We love to exercise, ride our e-bikes around town, and enjoy church on Sunday’s. We also have 3 dogs that we love very much. My passion/obsession is playing pickleball whenever I am not working or spending time with the misses.
