Experienced Full-Time Sourcing VA for German-Based Amazon Arbitrage Business

we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Sourcing VA to join our team and help expand our Amazon Arbitrage business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a growing and stable market, with plenty of room for professional development and long-term growth.

As our Sourcing VA, your primary responsibility will be to find profitable products from German retail stores that meet our specific criteria (e.g., ROI, profit margins) for resale on Amazon.de. Detailed guidelines and ongoing training will be provided to help you excel in this role.

We will provide you with advanced tools and software to streamline your sourcing process and make finding deals easier and more efficient. However, part of the role will also involve manually sourcing deals without these tools, ensuring you can identify profitable opportunities independently when required.

In addition to product sourcing, you will handle a few administrative tasks, such as:
- Locating and organizing invoices,
- Managing product approvals and account permissions,
- Uploading files for our repricing tools, and
- Addressing notifications from Amazon.

These tasks are minimal and will not detract from your primary focus on sourcing.

Looking ahead, there may be opportunities for you to step into a leadership role as we aim to scale the business further. As the business grows, we envision creating a team of VAs managed by a dedicated leader, providing you with a pathway to greater responsibilities and career growth.

What We’re Looking For:
- at least 1 year of experience in manual sourcing for Amazon Arbitrage.
- proficiency in reading and analyzing Keepa graphs.
- a good understanding of various sourcing techniques and strategies.
- ideally, prior experience using tools like SellerAmp or similar.
- strong English communication skills, especially for phone calls.
- stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbit/s) and a quiet, professional workspace with a headset and webcam.
- availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week).
