I run a successful, fast-paced Amazon business that has been operating for over six years and am proud to be in the top 1% of Amazon sellers worldwide. Our team includes Philippines-based staff who have been with us for over three years, and we’re looking for someone deeply detail-oriented who enjoys structured work and improving systems.
What We Are Looking For:
We’re seeking an Admin Assistant who is
Experienced in Core Administrative Tasks: At least 3 years of experience in an admin role, ideally with another Amazon business.
Experience with repetitive, process-oriented work such as order reconciliation and invoicing is essential.
Skilled with Google Sheets: Confident in using and optimizing Google Sheets to streamline data and improve existing processes.
Tech-Ready: Equipped with a reliable desktop computer (or laptop with external monitor) and high-speed internet to handle daily tasks efficiently (screenshot of internet speed and work set-up is required).
Independent & Proactive: Capable of handling tasks with minimal supervision and can take initiative as needed.
Comfortable Working with a Neurodiverse Business Owner: Open to adapting to different communication styles and a unique business setup.
Confident & Assertive: Able to communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and be assertive when required.
Remote Work Savvy: Familiar with the demands of remote work, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a remote role supporting a Western employer.
Responsibilities:
Manage order reconciliation, invoices, and other core admin tasks.
Requesting and keeping records of reimbursements owed from Amazon
Assisting company owner in management of inventory
Communicate effectively with suppliers, fulfillment centers, and other tea
Organize and maintain data using Google Sheets and other tools, actively seeking ways to improve existing spreadsheets.
Help streamline business processes and suggest improvements where needed.
Handle payroll, inbox management and other admin tasks.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of admin experience, particularly with repetitive, detail-oriented tasks like order reconciliation.
Proficiency with Google Sheets (and ability to improve/optimize existing sheets).
Reliable desktop computer (or laptop with external monitor) and high-speed internet connection (speed test screenshot required and photo of workstation).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work style.
3+ years of remote work experience, ideally supporting a Western employer.
You will be expected to work at least 4 hours per day overlapping with UK business hours (09:00–13:00 UK time), Monday to Friday.
