JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Executive Assistant with a strong background in administrative support and a passion for video and photo editing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing executive-level administrative support, while also possessing hands-on expertise with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Lightroom, and Photoshop. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries.
Prepare and proofread documents, emails, and presentations.
Maintain and organize office files, documents, and confidential information.
Assist with project management and track key deadlines.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, office management, and preparing reports.

Video & Photo Editing:

Edit and produce videos using DaVinci Resolve, ensuring high-quality output for various projects (e.g., promotional content, presentations, and training materials).
Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom to create visually appealing images for marketing materials or presentations.
Create and enhance graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop for social media, websites, and other company materials.
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure visual content aligns with branding guidelines and project goals.
Maintain and organize a digital library of photos, videos, and graphics for easy access and future use.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in using DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
Experience with project management tools is a plus.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
