Client Overview:
*Dax is an amazing entrepreneur. He is looking for a unicorn to help him and his team with administrative tasks so they can focus on what they do best!
Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 7am-3pm Mountain Time (US)
*Must be able to work 40 hours weekly
*Must have experience with executive/administrative assistance or any similar role
*Must be a good communicator, and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Must be super organized with high attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Experience with Active Campaign or any similar CRM for sales tracking is a huge plus!

Responsibilities/Tasks:
*Answering questions when prospects respond
*Ensuring all opportunities are up to date in CRM (ActiveCampaign)
*Taking Dax’s notes after a sales call and updating the CRM opportunity
*Chasing sales leads over
*Connecting with sales prospects on LinkedIn
*Using their templates to complete proposals ready for sending to prospects
*Responding to sales
*Submitting for speaking events
*Managing Dax’s and his co-founder’s calendars day to day, helping coordinate meetings etc
*Qualifying inbound leads (respond to initial inquiries and gather qualification info)
*Researching and summarizing prospects prior to sales meetings
*Creating and updating sales decks or presentations based on templates
*Creating and running weekly sales pipeline reports (tracking KPIs and progress)
*Identifying trends from CRM data to suggest sales process improvements
*Managing follow-up sequences via
*Sending personalized thank-you notes or welcome
*Coordinating referral requests from satisfied customers or partners
*Engaging prospects by commenting on relevant LinkedIn posts to maintain visibility
*Ordering and sending client gifts or marketing swag as needed
*Researching potential events and sponsorships relevant to your audience
*Supporting partnership outreach (coordinating meetings, introductory
*Tracking outcomes and ROI from events and speaking engagement
*Managing their GigRadar / Upwork process
