JOB OVERVIEW

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business in the early stages of their operations, in a remote WFH capacity. One of our clients are looking for an Executive Assistant , reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of organisational support Executive Assistant functions. Please note: Previous Property experience is essential to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, drafting letters and handling travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
Conduct research and compile information as needed to support decision-making processes.
Handling basic contracts
Assisting the director with making payments and tracking upcoming payments.
Property development assistance, eg calling agents and consultants for feedback.
This role will be completely Work From Home, however, attendance at meetings will be required.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.


Ideally you will strong experience working in a similar role, in the Property space. You will have worked in a multi-faceted role and will be comfortable working closely with an ambitious and high performing Director.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Proficiency in Console Cloud, Rockend, MRI Software, FileSmart, and similar applications.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Relevant experience within the property industry is essential; while familiarity with legal/contract processes is preferred.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
