Key Responsibilities:

- Task Management: Coordinate and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Task Monitoring: Keep a close eye on ongoing tasks and their progress.
- Quality Control: Uphold our high standards by reviewing tasks for accuracy and quality.
- Communication: Enhance inter-departmental communication and collaboration.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfort in a tech-focused environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Connectwise Automate, and IT Glue.
