DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Coordinate meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes.
Handle calls, messages, and routine correspondence.
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Arrange travel plans.
Ensure confidentiality of data and company information.
Provide superiors with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discuss other relevant concerns.
Comply with the company policies.
Comply with the company and department’s approved/existing work procedures and guidelines.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
At least 2 years of
At least 1 year of C-level EA experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
With Latin Honors will be prioritized
