Executive Assistant

Hi! We’re Golden Home Access: a recently-launched California-based company that helps seniors live safely and independently in their homes by installing mobility equipment such as stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, and grab bars.

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team! We are a new company, so we are looking for someone who is scrappy and comfortable working in a fast-changing, growing business. This means you’ll help us create our core processes, and have an opportunity to grow with us.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, explain our services, and encourage potential customers to book an appointment.
- Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails.
- Consolidate, organize, take notes on leads from various sources (Google, Facebook, website inquiries, etc.).
- Help with projects such as marketing email campaigns, list building, event planning, etc.
- Make outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule jobs.
- Schedule jobs and assign installation technicians to each job based on availability.
- Prepare and send quotes and invoices.
- Keep our knowledge base and CRM (Notion) organized and up-to-date.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and request 5-star reviews.

Speak about how you would build the list, how would you dUpgrade to see actual info the appropriate messaging for each customer segment, and which software would you use to send the email campaign. This should be a detailed 2-minute response.

2) We want to test out a new service with a new type of customer. We’re interested in targeting commercial pools (hotels, gyms, etc.) and selling them a pool lift, which is required for commercial pools in the U.S. Please explain how you would do this. Be specific and go step-by-step. Speak about how you would find target customers, how you would target them, and what the appropriate messaging would be. This should be a detailed 2-minute response.

3) Imagine a scenario where you are given a list of 40 leads who have submitted an online form, but we have not been able to contact them. How would you go about trying to book appointments with them?
