Client Overview:
*Benjamin and Amber own an event agency and they are looking for a unicorn who can help with social media and event management so they can focus on their amazing business!
Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 8am-4pm Mountain Time (US)
*Must be able to work 40 hours weekly
*Must have experience with executive/administrative assistance or any similar role
*Must have strong organizational skills
*Must have EXCELLENT attention to detail
*Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Must be a quick learner and doer
*Must have a bit of creative flair and can help with ideas for marketing activations
*Knowledge and experience with events (corporate, weddings, ect.) is nice to have
Software tools used by the client:
*Google Suite
*Hootsuite
*MailChimp
*HubSpot
*LinkedIn
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Events Management and Coordination:
*Assist in preparing proposals and managing budgets for events
*Research venues, suppliers, and other event necessities
*Communicate with venues and suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms
*Conduct research on potential event locations and vendors
*Handle logistical arrangements such as venue bookings and supplier coordination
Marketing:
*Manage and execute social media strategy (creating and scheduling two posts per week on LinkedIn and Instagram using Hootsuite)
*Plan and create posts ahead of time
*Assist in developing
*Utilize LinkedIn to expand Benjamin’s network and engage with connections
*Collaborate with their designer to ensure creative content is in line with brand templates
