Support the business owner with all digital marketing activities, including podcasting, video editing,
Can handle automations across different software platforms.

The Details
Job Location: Remote, work from home.
Company Location: Europe
Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week), transition to full-time.
Salary: 20,000 PHP (40,000 PHP full-time) per month + Paid Leave
Hours (in Philippine Time): 2:00 pm - 6 pm PHT
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
DIGITAL MARKETING
Social Media Management & Content Updates: Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms, and maintain a content database.
Podcast & Video Editing: Publish weekly podcasts with light editing of podcast episodes and video content.
Email
Event & Launch Support: Coordinate launches and promotions, and research podcast hosts and guest interviews.
TECH SUPPORT
Course Platform Management: Upload and manage content in Simplero (or similar
Integrations & Automations: Set up workflows using Zapier and
Website & Landing Page Maintenance: Update and ensure smooth site functionality.
Webinar Support: Provide tech support and customer assistance with Zoom webinars & live events.
File & Video Management: Upload, organise, and maintain YouTube videos.
GENERAL ADMIN
Maintain Business Processes: Maintain the documentation of internal processes, procedures and templates, and proactively look to improve any business processes.
Email
Document & Calendar Management: Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and proposals. Manage schedules, appointments, and important calendar reminders.
Software skills
Ideally, you have experience in:
Clickup is a must or similar project management tool.
Simplero (or similar
Google Workspace business tools,
Podcasting and basic video editing software.
We want to hear from you if you have…
4+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing (Tech Savvy) VA in the online business or coaching space for US, Australian, or European clients.
Experience with online education platforms and product launches.
Experienced using ClickUp (or similar project management tools), and
Strong social media and content management skills.
Experience with basic video and podcast editing (Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
