- Salary: $8 - $10+ per hour (flexible budget for more experienced candidates)
- Schedule: 9:00AM - 6:00PM Eastern Time
- Hours: Full Time (20+ hours to start, then 40 hours after 3-4 weeks)
- Busy Season: July / October (Summer / Fall)

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support (Primarily
- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, account details, and service offerings.
- Address concerns about tutors and ensure smooth resolution for both clients and tutors.
- Provide clear explanations of pricing, services, and account-related questions.
- Handle escalations and turn unhappy customers into super fans.
Sales & Administrative Support
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination.
- Support the marketing team with blog content management using WordPress, including posting articles and integrating lead magnets.
- Help with miscellaneous project-based initiatives as needed.
Class Management
- Coordinate with instructors to confirm schedule details.
- Update the website with new class schedules & payment links.
- Manage pre-class admin tasks, including:
- Creating/maintaining mailing lists for live class notifications.
- Scheduling welcome
- Responding to customer inquiries about class details.
Tutor Recruitment & Outreach
- Strengthen the tutor recruitment process by identifying the right talent pools.
- Utilize headhunting strategies to find and attract qualified tutors.
- Manage tutor recruitment calendar: regularly post on select job boards, coordinate flyering projects, and solicit referrals from the existing tutor base.
Non- Negotiables:
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent written communication skills (does not rely on AI).
- Excellent spoken communication skills (with a warm, friendly & professional tone).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong critical thinking & decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new things (and enjoys doing so).
- Comfortable handling challenging customer interactions (especially via
