Customer Service Representative (Insurance)

We are an insurance company primarily selling auto insurance in the state of California. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in the insurance industry.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience working with HawkSoft and a strong understanding of the platform's functionality.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to assist clients with their insurance needs.
