JOB OVERVIEW

Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a virtual assistant or similar role
- Proven expertise in email management, research, administrative tasks, and CRM management
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Primary Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Organize and respond to emails, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Research: Conduct market and property research to support commercial real estate projects.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and other admin duties.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update client databases, track lead progress, and generate reports.
- Provide exceptional support to help streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

Hours: Arizona Time
