Luxury Hub and Pure Green are fast-growing UK-based real estate and property management companies managing over 20 million pounds in assets and securing 30 million pounds in investment funding for future projects. We specialise in property management, real estate development, and construction, providing high-quality living spaces for professionals across the UK.

We are expanding our team in the Philippines, looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our Luxury Hub operations team. If you love working with people, solving problems, and improving customer experience, this role is for you.

What You Will Do
Client and Tenant Relations
• Be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Address client concerns professionally and efficiently
• Build strong relationships with tenants to ensure high satisfaction and retention

Maintenance and Property Management
• Handle maintenance requests and provide great customer service
• Liaise with contractors to arrange repairs and negotiate costs
• Ensure properties meet safety and compliance standards

Property Administration
• Manage tenant documentation, lease agreements, and compliance
• Work closely with senior management to improve business operations
• Streamline processes to make property management more efficient

Marketing and Business Support
• Assist in marketing campaigns to attract new tenants and landlords
• Help build Luxury Hub’s brand presence
• Identify areas for service improvement and suggest solutions

Who We Are Looking For
• At least two years of experience in client relations, property management, or administrative support
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, property management software, and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and working in UK hours (9 AM to 5 PM GMT)

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Pay and Bonuses
• PHP 290 per hour starting rate
• Bi-weekly pay
• Yearly performance review with pay increase based on achievements
• Monthly KPI bonus of up to PHP 35 per hour extra after six months

Bonuses and Incentives
• Thirteenth-month pay
• Fourteenth-month performance bonus after three years of service
• Bonus days off every 80 hours worked after probation

• Two paid leave days after one year, five days after two years
