Case Management Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Case Management Specialist based in our Hollywood Office. Working on a schedule from Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm EST Time. At RRA, we believe in more than just seizing vehicles; we seize opportunities. As part of the team, here’s what's expected from you:

Key Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
-Incoming and Outbound Investigation calls.
-Client calls and client updates.
-Agent updates / Data entry.

Requirements:
-Based Philippines.
-Able to work from 9 am to 6 pm US Eastern time.
-Outstanding English communication skills.
-Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing case information.
-Must be highly proficient and quick with computer systems, capable of efficiently handling multiple platforms and tasks at once.
-Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
