Capable Customer Success Specialist w/ cross-functional capabilities

**About the Role:**

We're looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team full-time. **Responsibilities:**

- Manage client communications, including sending invoices, conducting update meetings, and onboarding new clients.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction through regular updates and meetings.
- Oversee project management, ensuring deadlines are met and internal systems are up-to-date.
- Coordinate with designers and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
- Engage with our brand's social media presence and contribute to networking and event activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Support sales efforts by writing proposals and assisting with new client inquiries.

**Ideal Candidate:**

- Must be responsible and dependable as an employee (this includes internet connectivity
- Must be competent with Notion.
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with working in a marketing agency setting is preferred.
- Demonstrates motivation, organization, and proactivity.
- Fluency in spoken English is a plus
