What You’ll Do:
Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Sales Operations Support: Track sales performance, compile reports, and assist in CRM management.
Communication & Correspondence: Handle emails, draft memos, and facilitate internal communication.
Project Management: Assist in organizing sales initiatives, training schedules, and company projects.
Recruitment Assistance: Support the hiring and onboarding process for sales reps and support staff.
Data Management: Maintain databases, update spreadsheets, and ensure accurate sales reporting.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined workflows.
Customer & Partner Coordination: Liaise with vendors, partners, and customers as needed.
Who You Are:
? Highly Organized – You excel at multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
? Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and communication tools like Slack, Zoom, and project management software.
? Strong Communicator – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Detail-Oriented – You catch the small things others miss and ensure all operations run smoothly.
? Self-Starter – You take initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision.
? Problem Solver – You anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions.
? Sales Support Experience (Preferred) – Experience in sales administration, customer support, or a sales-driven environment is a plus.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Operations Manager.
Experience in a sales, telecom, or high-growth startup environment is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), CRM systems (HubSpot, gohihlevel, or similar), and project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, etc.).
Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.
