The role
We are looking for an individual who will help our expansion team by doing the following;
- Liaising and communicating with our customers regarding their requests
- Training and maintaining supplies for the partner stores where required
- Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of our product offering to customers
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and ensuring deadlines are met
Who we are looking for
- Excellent English, knowledge of other languages a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Thorough attention to detail and outgoing personality
- Comfortable on phone calls and
- Strong organisational skills
- Pro-active, self-motivated, and work well in a team environment style
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Flexible working hours (timezone)
