Client Overview:
*Gayle is an organizing genius and a super kind entrepreneur! She’s looking for an awesome unicorn to help her with social media marketing and daily administrative tasks.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 15 hours per week
*Must be able to work any 3-hour block between 7am-12pm Eastern Time (US)
*Must have experience with social media management, marketing, or any similar role
*Must have EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills
*Must be able to generate marketing ideas and follow through
*Must be forward-thinking, with the ability to foresee and strategically manage the implications of business decisions
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control

Software tools used by the client:
*Pipedrive (training provided)
*Dubsado (training provided)
*Google Suite
*Constant Contact (for weekly newsletters and email blasts)
*Airtable
*Canva
*Upgrade to see actual info
*Gmail
*PowerPoint

Responsibilities/Tasks:
Administrative Assistance:
*Manage Gayle's inbox and respond to emails promptly
*Handle voice calls (you won't need to be on camera) as needed
*Manage Gayle's calendar and scheduling
*Manage client follow-ups for urgent concerns as needed
*Communicate daily with the marketing team
*Align and track ongoing projects with the team
*Learn and manage client onboarding using tools like Pipedrive and Dubsado (client is willing to train you!)
*Run, improve, and suggest enhancements to existing systems
*Provide strategic support by anticipating needs and potential outcomes
*Ideally, help Gayle with decision-making and planning

Marketing, Design, and Outreach:
*Send LinkedIn reach outs to Gayle's target audience and clients
*Create email blasts and newsletters using Constant Contact
*Pitch marketing ideas for the team to execute
*Manage the marketing theme calendar (what will run in the weekly newsletter, visual graphics, initial content)
*Create PowerPoint Presentations and talking points for Gayle's speaking engagements
*Create and prepare media kit for Gayle's speaking engagements
*Create other marketing materials as needed
*Source images to create video content
