We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the financial accuracy and smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proactive in solving problems, and excel in managing multiple tasks within deadlines.

COMPENSATION:
Training period (4-6 months): $5/hour + a monthly internet allowance
Post-training: $6/hour + a monthly internet allowance
WORK SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with work hours overlapping European and U.S. business operations. A typical schedule is 9 PM to 5 AM Philippine local time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling supplier meetings and interviews; virtually, hybrid and in-person
Answering inquiries on main phone line and general
Updating and quality-checking data entered in our CRM (includes contact information, new hotels or tour operators, promotional material provided by partners)
Creating onboarding credentials for new affiliates
Create and update back-office SOPs
Managing and responding to Help Desk tickets from the internal and affiliate teams
Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office; Salesforce and Quickbooks experience is a plus
Experience in an Administrative Coordinator, Virtual Assistant or similar Office Support role
Proactive and resourceful with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A keen attention to detail with a passion for accuracy, organized, and work within deadlines
Team player, able to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication, and customer service skills
