**Job Overview:**
DTX Construction & Roofing LLC is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure efficient office workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer phone calls and respond to
- Maintain office organization, including filing, scheduling, and managing documents.
- Assist with preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial paperwork.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Support the team with project documentation, contracts, and other paperwork related to roofing and construction projects.
- Prepare reports and help manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Assist with payroll and employee records.
- Order office supplies and ensure all necessary materials are stocked.
- Provide general administrative support to management and tea
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior administrative experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
