Administration Business Management

Hello,

We operate a structural engineering Company located in Australia of 9 people. Two in the Phillippine and Seven in Australia. Your role would be as following:
- Project Management and document Control
- Email Management of the company main email
- Following up clients, architects and others for documents
- Starting projects and saving documets
- Our software is Anana project management, Gmail, Pipedrive for CRM. airtable data base
- We have some nice automation in place.

If your an engineer or architect you would be well suited, but anyone with strong organisation skills would be welcomed.

Full time role starting at 8am Sydney Time to 5pm Sydney Time 5 days a week.

2 Weeks paid Holidays and paid sick days.
