JOB OVERVIEW

We are an outreach marketing company. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant, to execute admin tasks at the company. You will have 1 direct supervisor who will guide the tasks to be done.

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and likes a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technology-fluent
- Works well on their own
- Administrative tasks including:
- job posting
- responding to inbound outreach messages
- helping to write content scripts
- helping to setup Google My Business
- responding to job applicants
- any and all administrative tasks to help

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Previous Project Management experience
- Knowledgeable of modern technology
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Relevant work experience in a similar role
- Sales experience is an asset
