Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of accounting administrative assistant. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.
-Managing and updating account information on the database
-Processing and recording transactions, such as billing, invoices, and account receivables
-Collect payments from customers or manage invoicing.
-Preferably has experience using Zoho CRM
-Ability to understand and calculate payments for collections
-Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain high level of confidentiality
-Ability to respond effectively and sensitive to clients, showing respect
- Must have good communications skills, be able to work as part of a team, and be able to follow instructions accurately
